The Choral Society of Bilbao

The Bilbao Choral Society was founded in 1886 for the encouragement of music as a whole and of choral music in particular. Today we are working with these objectives in view. Thus, besides the activity of the Society‘s three choirs, a complete programme of musical training is offered by our Conservatoire.

The Bilbao Choral Society Conservatoire Choir(Coro del Conservatorio), or children’s choir; the Euskeria Choir of the Choir of Bilbao, or junior choir; and the Senior Choir (Coro Mixto), the Bilbao Choral in the strict sense of the term, are the three main players of our musical activity.
